Is there a way to refresh report when pc is offline

Hello,

i was wondering if it's possible and what needs to be done to refresh report even when pc is offline. I am using data from MySQL database and I am able to use a scheduled refresh let's say at day time, when my pc is online, but refresh is not available when it's off. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi @elguestca1 

You always need the gateway to be online and have an internet connection for the refresh to happen. This is by design.

Ideally you would have a server or virtual machine that is always on with the gateway installed.
