hello all,
Is it possible to get Power Query/M code to display the name of the workspace/dataflow instead of their ID so that it makes it easier for me to know where the table is located in?
Thanks

I don't believe there is.
What you can do is when you bring the table in, is to leave a note in the mquery. In a new line you can leave the workspace name like
/// Business Intelligence
If you want to find out which workspace it is, then copy the id and put it in this url and search in your browser

Hope this helps

Hi @BenBlackswan ,
Unfortunately.Power Query/M itself does not directly support fetching or displaying workspace or dataflow names within the query editor or through M code.You can manually add comments within your M code to annotate the names of workspaces or dataflows.
If you would like to suggest feature improvements, you may vote the idea and comment here to improve this feature. It is a place for customers provide feedback about Microsoft Office products . What’s more, if a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
