Is there a way to change Usage Report Refresh schedule

I am scrapping usage metrics data from Usage Metrics Reports across many workspaces to get one source of data.

The problem is that the data is unavailable for some Reports because of the refresh timing.

I tried to remove the Usage Metrics Report dataset and create it again by clicking on "Check Usage Metrics Report," but I found that the refresh time was set randomly after doing this.

Please don't recommend using Azure APIs. I don't have access to it and the data there is different.

When looking into this, the only way to extract the information is by using the power BI APIs unfortunately.
