Hello,
I have built a report in Power BI Desktop from a Dataflow in our workspace. Then I published this report into the workspace.
When I used Desktop version I have to press button Refresh if I want to refresh data from Dataflow into my report. Can I set this scheduled in Power BI Service? Or is it automatic as long as the dataset refreshes automatically?
Edit: I have PRO Service version and I do not have Gateway
Thank you.

Hi @Anonymous ,
If your data source is a supported data source such as DirectQuery sources and some LiveConnect scenarios, you can set up automatic page refresh, which refreshes the data as soon as the source data is updated.
To configure automatic page refresh for reports in the Power BI service, the steps are similar to Power BI Desktop. When configured in the Power BI service, automatic page refresh also supports embedded Power BI content. This image shows the Page refresh configuration for the Power BI service:
For more information ,please see:Automatic page refresh in the Power BI service .
Hope it helps,

@Anonymous You can set up Scheduled refreshes for Power BI reports as stated here-
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/refresh-scheduled-refresh
Hello @Anonymous Thank you for your reply. I already had my Dataset and Dataflow refreshes scheduled. My problem is the report itself, how I can set scheduled refresh for the report.
@Anonymous When you refresh the dataset, the report adutomatically gets refreshed with the latest data.
Hello @Anonymous Thank you for your reply. I have tried to change our data and then refreshes the dataset and dataflow but the change was not reflected in report in Power BI Service. Can you advice on why this happens?
Hi @Anonymous ,
Ideally, it should reflect the latest data.
Please try this-
After the dataset refresh, Refresh Visuals in Power BI report.
You have this option in Power BI report, at top right with a refresh button.
