Is the Power BI Active Directory Data Source Up-To-Date?

I'm using Power BI to connect to our Active Directory and I'm just wondering how up-to-date the data is? In other words, when I refresh my report is the data coming from our Active Directory one day old? Two days old? Or is it 100% up to the second accurate?

When the refresh start, it will query the data source firstly. Then it will refresh the data what queried.
