Is it possible to pull scheduled refresh and performance optimization data for multiple workspaces?

Currently I am looking at data refresh intervals for multiple workspaces. The path I take now is to click into the workspace -> Hover on the data set in question -> click schedule refresh -> expand scheduled refresh and performance optimization. 

Is there a way to pull this data in one shot for multiple datasets within varied workspaces?

 You can use the Power BI API to get this information.
