Is it possible to get in touch with any Power BI solution architect?

I have met some performance issue when using the data layer of Power BI, I would like to know is it possible to get in touch with any Power BI solution architect for an 1-2 hours conversation to consult about possible issues? I am not premium user hence I am not sure whether this is possible; and if possible how can I contact? Thank you very much!

If you are a Power BI Pro user and looking for some support from Microsoft Power BI support team, raise a ticket.

Since you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
