I have Power BI Admin rights at my organization and I've recently disabled Publish to Web for my entire organization from the Admin portal.
The problem is that I need to Publish some non-sensitive reports to Web. Is there any way that I can exempt myself and a few other trusted users from the disabled Publish to Web function?

Hi @ineedham,
You may also restrict access to specific groups under Tenant settings in the Admin Portal. You could apply the permission to specific security group.
For reference, please have a look at this document Publish to web.
Best Regards,
Cherry
