Is anyone else experiencing problems with the app.powerbi.com? We have a couple of users (including myself) who are unable the web site. It displays either a blank page, or the Power BI logo / loading icon.

Has anyone raised a Power BI Pro support ticket? I am unable to at the moment as I do not have access to the admin portal.
When I try and log a Basic support ticket, as message appears saying "We are celebrating Presidents Day in the US! We’re on vacation for a couple of days but are back on February 17th. If you need immediate assistance, please open Power BI Pro Support Ticket." and it prevents me from logging a ticket!
Surely they could have someone monitoring basic support tickets, rather than preventing them! I am all for people taking a vacation, but this seems a bit extreme for a company the size of MS!
Could you please try from a new browser instance and see if it fixes it?
I am getting in via Internet Explorer, but not through Chrome.
(location is Sydney, Australia)
Hi Keith,
Did you tried to open a report ? reports are still not showing any visualization even through IE.
And on Crome nothing is opening 😞
Same here, I'm in Perth.
Can access the service yes, but can't publish from desktop to the service, nor can I get data / upload local file from within the service.
Worked fine on Friday but no go today.
I've tried chrome and edge on my laptop, as well as Safari on my iPhone. No good on any of them. At least 2 other users within our org have the same problem, along with the other community members that have replied to this post.
@cmn - looks like something is wrong. Can confirm I can't access either. Interesting that the Community still stands 🙂
Same here. Location = Sydney, Australia.
