Is Power BI currently offline?

Is anyone else experiencing problems with the app.powerbi.com?  We have a couple of users (including myself) who are unable the web site.  It displays either a blank page, or the Power BI logo / load...

Looks like it is operating in a degraded state according to the admin dashboard, here are the last three events.

Final Status: Engineers chose to redeploy certificates and restart the affected components, which restored service. User Impact: Affected users may have been unable to sign in to PowerBI.com. Customer Impact: Analysis of incident scope indicated that a very limited number of customers and users appeared to be impacted. No customer reports of the issue were identified during this event. Incident Start Time: Monday, February 15, 2016, at 1:25 AM UTC Incident End Time: Monday, February 15, 2016, at 11:25 AM UTC Preliminary Root Cause: An issue with a certificate deployment prevented access to valid certificates, causing impact to users connecting to the PowerBI.com service. Next Steps: The following is a list of known action item(s) associated with this incident. As part of the Office 365 problem management process, additional engineering actions may be identified to improve the overall service. - Action: Review the infrastructure update process as a certificate issue caused impact to occur during a deployment. Current Status: Active monitoring of the fix deployment process is ongoing; however, engineers still expect the process will take an extended period of time. As the process progresses, users may begin to experience service restoration. User Impact: Affected users may be unable to navigate to previous pages in reports with multiple pages. As a workaround, affected users were able to reattempt accessing the desired page by refreshing the browser session. Customer Impact: Analysis of incident scope indicated that many customers appeared to be impacted by this event. For those customers affected, this issue potentially affected any user attempting to access or use the affected feature. No customer reports of the issue were identified during this event. off line here too. No publishing from desktop. Renewal of the data in the browser does not work either.

    I am getting following error in publishing desktop to service. It is now happening frequently.. all dashboard becomes useless post such error. No fix yet given by Microsoft.

      Offline here too .. for quite some time now .. sound like a good time to ask : What is the Uptime% guaranty and the SLA of the Power BI cloud?
