Is Power BI Apps installed when users logon the service?
We have an Power BI App embedded in a SharePoint Online page. The PBI app is set to automatically install to users on the Power BI service.
If users open the SPO page, before they once log on Power BI on http://app.powerbi.com, they will get an error on SPO from Power BI "Content not available".
If users then logon http://app.powerbi.com (just logging in, no need to do anything else in Power BI) and then refresh the SPO page, the embedded PBI app will show OK.
Do any know if it is possible to install/activate the app for users that have not logged into the PBI service?

@robekr ,
I'm afraid the power bi app will authenticate if the users is valid to see the contents in the app. So user should sign in before open the page. In addtion, if you want users to see contents without signing in, you can create an embed URL and share the URL to users, please refer to: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-publish-to-web
