Is Office 365 Business Essentials enough?

Hello,

I understand that Office 365 is needed in order to purchase Power BI Pro.

Now there are 3 available 'packs' to get.

Office 365 Business

Office 365 Premium

Office 365 Business Essentials (cheapest)

My question is:

Is Office 365 Business Essentials sufficient in order to purchase Power BI Pro so the user can receive Power BI Reports?

If you buy Office 365 Enterprise E5, it includes Pro license.
