Is Fabric imploding suddenly?

Is Fabric imploding? Anyone else experiencing this?

On Saturday morning (24 Aug) our Microsoft Fabric Capacity and Embedded workspaces suddenly started failing:

1) All pipelines fail (with blanks where the run data normally is:

2) History about pipeline runs is not available with the error message below:

3) Spark notebooks will not connect and even when opening them I receive the message below - when trying to connect I receive an Internal server error after it spins for a few minutes

4) We are not near capacity limits on Fabric:

5) Embedded capacity semantic models are failing to refresh (completely different capacity to our fabric workspaces) in embedded workspaces though the same models will refresh in Pro workspaces.

6) Also nowhere near capacity limits:

7) This morning paginated report subscribed reports (in normal Pro workspaces) are failing:

😎 Normal semantic models in Pro workspaces continue to refresh normally for now with occasional failures

Having the same issue @Kletzy 😠
Microsoft cant seem to figure out what the problem is, is quite concerning. Rebuilding is not an option.
Upgraded our capicity only to get the exact same error "capicity limits exceeded"

We are still struggling with no Fabric or Embedded capacity working - we have upgraded, added new capacity, tested new blank workspaces in new empty capacity and the failure persists - this is defintiely not a capacity issue but support cannot find the cause. Has anyone else has anything similer?

Something has definitely been going on with Service & Fabric. We've been experiencing performance issues the last couple of weeks, but now none of our scheduled refreshes are running; linked entities are failing; we can't save any dataflows; and some won't even open for us right now. I have an ongoing ticket with Microsoft, but it hasn't lead to any help yet.

@Av1ator has support been able to resolve yet?

Since you have a Pro license you can open a Pro ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi

The Capacity Monitoring app is lying to you. It "forgets"  a lot of transactions that you are being charged for.

Thanks for the reply @lbendlin  - I did log a ticket a couple of days ago. Support can't figure out why our tenant has these issues. Definitely not a true capacity issue as both embedded and fabric capacities have the issue and embedded has very few transcations - also frabric has had no transactions at all this week since everything fails, including trying to add new artifacts or run dataflows.
