Is Excel file on One Drive for Business, Power BI Pro content?
According to the documentation, a dataset that is imported from an Excel file on One Drive, is automatically refreshed. Does that also make the dataset Power BI Pro content?
That line is in reference to to scheduled refreshes. Excel stored on One-drive is considered a Automatic refresh. Hope that explanation helps.

If your content contains any of the following items, it's Power BI Pro content:
- Data from a dataset that refreshes more frequently than daily.
Wouldn't that make the Excel file Pro content?
