Invalid credentials issue while gateway configuration

Hi all, 

I am facing invalid credentials issue while configuring the connection on the gateway installed on the window production server.

 

Unable to update connection credentials. Invalid connection credentials.

Details: The credentials provided for the OData source are invalid. (Source at http://xxx.125.143.178:7068/DynamicsNAV801/OData/Company('company%20bairy%20Systems')/ListofShippingOrders.) Please have this information handy if you choose to create a support ticket.     Credential is fine as working on the gateway configured on the development machine. The report is getting refreshed. Issue when we try to configure the gateway from the Production server ( window server )

      Hi Puja_Kumari25 

       

      I would make sure that the connections are identical between the servers. As it appears that something is different.

    HI Puja_Kumari25 

     

    From the error you are getting is you cannot authenticate successfully.

     

    I would log into the Gateway Server and make sure using the credential supplied that you can successfully connect to the oData source?
