Invalid connection credentials for MYSQL database

Hello,

I am trying to establish a connection with MySQL and encountering the following error when attempting to connect from Power BI Services. However, when I connect from Power BI Desktop, it works fine. After uploading the .pbix file to the workspace, I am unable to establish a connection. I am using the enterprise gateway. MySQL connector is already installed on gateway machine.

It would appear that you are having an authentication error possibly on your mySQL side, I would suggest chatting to the DBA to see if the query is making it to the database?

When the error is an SSPI error that is typically a connection error from your enterprise gateway to your MySql database. 

Could you try and open the PBIX on your gateway server and refresh and see if that works?

I opened the Pbix file in gateway server and refreshed the report but getting same error in Power BI desktop as shown in below screenshot. Can you please let us know what should be done in order to troubleshoot the issue while creating gateway connection for MYSQL.
