Please check whether the data source credentials have expired.
It is recommended to enter the credentials (username,password ..) again in service(manage gateways ->datasoure setting ).
And it also can be a known bug that " Customer is unable to refresh the dataset connected to AWS RDS Postgres DB ".
If you happen to encounter this situation, it is recommended to create support ticket .
