Invalid Credentials for Gateway connection to source file
- 2 years ago
I've managed to solve this issue. and I will try to explain it for future users:
I tried to login with my credentials that I would normally use to login into the local computer. These credentials are the same as I would use for office; so appearently there is no difference. However, for the local computer the user name is not the actual account login name. FOr my situation this was made out of the domain name (PC was added to a domain) and the username behind c:\users\....
So, the actual credentials would be:
- [domainname]\username
- Login password
Took me a week to figure this out, so hope this information can be of help to any one.
