Invalid Connection Credentials - One user but not another

    as its Azure SQL server connection then I am pretty sure its because of SSO enablement for direct query, Please reachout to the connection owner and request then to disable that, it will fix the issue

Unfortunately, this isn't my model so I'm not sure if it's Direct or Import but it is a connection to Azure SQL Database.

      Thank you for your help. This is indeed the issue. We are unchecking the box for now but adding her to the appropriate AD groups for access so once she is added then we will update it again so it gives permission via AD group.
