If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".Thanks for reply Greg_Deckler ,
I couldn't find the solution in the link you ve provided so i opened (for the first time) a support ticket and wonder what the reply will be. Yours sincerely
