Hi,
We can update any existing report on a Pro Workspace "A" but when we try to publish a new report we get the internal server error 500. We can publish the same report on another Pro Workspace "B".
We have tried clearing cache on PowerBI Desktop and browser, renaming the .pbix, reinstalling PowerBI Desktop, uploading through the service or through onedrive, none of these solved the issue.
Does anyone have or had the same problem? I am new here and I found similar cases but not one like this so I wanted to post.
Thank you for your time.
Best wishes.

Hi @guneskursun
Basically, the Internal Server Error 500 is often related to storage or capacity limitations. Based on your license type, each workspace has a specific storage capacity. It’s possible that Workspace A has reached its limit. Could you check the storage capacity of Workspace A from your end. this may help you.
Thank you.
Thank you for your response.
We are way below our capacity limit for Pro Workspace A. We have another Pro Workspace B, we uploaded every model and report and even more there, and there is no problem. But Pro Workspace A, which is way below it's limit is giving this error.
Instead of publishing have you tried uploading the pbix file from the workspace (Select the related premium workspace --> Get data --> Files --> Select the pbix file)?
Another thought is that Workspace A is at capacity so it cant take the data set but workspace B is not.
Thank you for your response, we have tried uploading the pbix file from the workspace as well, but that didn't work either. Workspace A is way below capacity but we also tried deleting some datasets from A and uploading, didn't work.
Have you tried having a different user publish or upload the report?
Yes, that didn't work either.
