Internal Service Error - Power BI Premium

In a Power BI Premium workspace, I am consistently receiving this error message from multiple reports during scheduled refresh:

 

Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

ODBC: ERROR [HY000] [Microsoft][Amazon Redshift] (30) Error occurred while trying to execute a query: [SQLState HY000] out of memory for query result . The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface. Table: member_fact_dispensing

 

The reports will work for 3-4 days a week, and then will receive the error messages consistently for 2-3 days. 

I haven't found anything in documentation that provides details regarding this error

hi, @jrussell17 

If you try to update the gateway to the latest version.

and if you could copy a new report and do some filter in dataset and try it again.

and if you still have this issue for Power BI, you'd better create a support ticket in Power BI Support to get further help.
