Hi. 

in my organization have same issue from december 2024 up to date. 

the last week update the gateway client to Febrary 2025 (3000.258.6), but the issue is intermittent and random. 

i read the in theory has "fixed", but no have clear was the solution o what is the cause.

Anyone have information about this, is better a downgrade to old version or wait a new version?

we are also on 3000.258.6 and have doubled up our gateways to hopefully improve the situation. This has not helped at all. I read in one thread that someone downgraded back to September 2024 version and it made the problem go away. Others have stated that the issue has magically gone away. Still no concrete explanation from MS on why this is happening for some and not others.
