Any update on this issue? It has been two and half months of this headache and not resolution on our end. Has anyone heard back from MS with regards to this?

We have done all the basic troubleshooting on our end as mentioned in many of the other threads on here.

    Microsoft is still investigating. We're still experiencing the issue.
