Resolver IWe are also experiencing the same error message, intermittently, we did upgrade to the Gateway version 3000.254.3 just before these failures began. Its not the load, we have very few reports and have a load balance. Microsoft, v-pnaroju-msft I believe the fix here is more than what you suggested. Thank you
