It would appear that you might have to do a bit of manual work to get the App to fit to the actual size of the page.
Hey GilbertQ , I'm having trouble with this problem too. The app visual is blurry even when the sizes match exactly. It seems that Power BI automatically zooms out, reducing the resolution, because when you turn off automatic scaling, the app appears much smaller in Power BI. Increasing the size of the Power App doesn't help; it still goes blury somehow.
Oh wow, I've just found the problem. It's the zoom in Power BI Desktop. When it was set to 110%, the PowerApp Visual was blurry. When I changed to 100%, the visual resolution was fine.
