Insert Image into Power BI Published Report

Hi,

I have published a report to Power BI Service.
Users of the report need to filter the data for a particular web URL, see the metrics and export it to PDF.
Before exporting, they also need to edit and add a static image representing the content in URL to one of the pages.

How can we achieve this?
