Ingesting FreeScout data to PowerBI

Long Story short, we migrated a group from HelpScout to the much cheaper version of FreeScout.  Granted, reporting is lackluster on each platform, however, even more so with FreeScout.   Has anyone had any luck or is ingesting FreeScout data to Power BI for reporting purposes?   TIA

To bring FreeScoutdata into PowerBI, determine how FreeScout data is stored or accessed. If you're going through a database, Power BI has built-in connectors for many database systems. If you're doing it through an API, you might need to use Power Query to extract the data.
