Information needed regarding sharing Power BI dashboard

Sharing can get quite confusing:

1. Person A has a desktop Pro license and Person B has a desktop free license. Can person B view the dashboard shared by Person A?   No, a free license only allows the user to get to their own "My Workspace".  You have to have a license to view a shared dashboard/report/app

2. Person A has a desktop Pro license and Person B has a desktop Pro license. Person A has shared his workplace with person B to collaborate on a report. They have generated a dashboard. Will they need the Power BI reporting server to share dashboards with the executive of the organization or if the executive has a Power BI Free subscription can he open the workspace and view the dashboard?  The Executive has to have a Pro License.  You do NOT need Premium or Reporting Server to share.  You DO need Premium or REport Server if you want to share with non-licensed users.  When you have Premium you can share with folks that do not have a license.  (Depending on your setup/settings, you may have to name those users but sharing is possible to non-licensed users.)
