Incremental refresh polices

Hi, I noticed a strange behaviour.

I have configured the incremental refresh, for a table, based on the createdOn record date.

As far as I understood all the elements within the refresh partition are completely deleted and the new records are imported.

I have some records (fresh records with respect to the 2 years refresh window) that are no longher present on the database but still appears on the PowerBI model.

Why is this the case?
