In the meantime, I found also this possibility from Tom : https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Service/Incremental-Refresh-and-Re-Publishing-from-Desktop/m-p/1262780/highlight/true#M104223 which I will test it later.
If you know an easier alternative ?
