Incremental Refresh tenant migration
do i need to reconfigure incremental refresh of semantic model post migration from one tenant to another tenant?
powerbiexpert22 Unless I am very much mistaken, the option to download the .pbix file from the service is disabled once you enable incremental refresh. You would need to open the original Desktop file, perform a full refresh and then republish to the other tenant. See the following article:
"After publishing to the Power BI service, you can't download the model back as a .pbix to Power BI Desktop. Because models in the service can grow so large, it's impractical to download and open them on a typical desktop computer."

powerbiexpert22 That could possibly depend on how you are migrating the semantic model but generally I would say no. How are you migrating your semantic model/report?

Hi GeraldGEmerick , I am planning to manually download the semantic model file (.pbix) and publish on to the new Power BI tenant
