We currently are using Power BI Embedded server (A2 tier) for publishing our Power BI reports within our native application and was wondering if the Incremental Refresh functionality works for Embedded. The Feb 2020 release now includes Power BI Pro in addition to Premium, however have not seen definitively if it functions with Embedded server which is considered Premium capacity.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm afraid Power BI Embedded not support incremental refresh feature base on my research... You can raise one idea and add your comments there to make this feature coming sooner. The following is the related documentations of incremental refresh, you may already checked some of them before...
