Incremental Refresh and Template App
If you create a query in power bi desktop and activate Incremental Refresh on the resultant table then deploy to the Power BI Service into a workspace which is then converted to a template app will the incremental refresh be in place for any consumer who deploys the template app to their personal workspace?
Does incrmental refresh persist into Template Apps?

Based on my test, we found that after install a template app, the applied Incremental Refresh will not work again.
Here is the test steps:
1. configure incremental refresh for a cloud-base SharePoint List source
2. publish a template app, then another pro user install it, connecting their credential
3. add some record in sharepoint list
4. refresh dataset in the workspace installing the templete app
5. it does not show the latest data
6. refresh in the origin workspace publishing the template app, here can see incremental refresh work.
