Incremental Refresh, RangeStart nor RangeEnd Parameters available on WebService

We suggest you to delete your personal information and the server information in your screenshot.

 

Once published, the parameter values are overridden automatically by the Power BI service. There is no need to set them in dataset settings in the service.
