Incremental Refresh - Downloading of Data set and Disabling

A few questions that I'd like an answer on:

1. How do we disable the incremental refresh option? Is there a way to do so?
2. Is it possible for us to download the excel or raw data when the data is under incremental refresh?
3. To enable incremental refresh, when we create parameters for start and end dates, does that need to be part of the column that comprises the exact start and end date?

Any help would be great.

Hi @sid-poly ,

1. we couldn't disable the incremental refresh 

2. if the dataset or report's dataset have apply incremental refresh, we couldn't download the dataset or report

3. we create the two parameters(RangeStart and RangeEnd) just for apply the filter to the table's date column
