Incorrect count

Hello All,

Hope someone can advise.

i have a PBI dashboard with incorrect count occurring.

Source data is sharepoint list

Category field is one to one with the request - 5 Requests - 5 Categories count

Category sub type can have multiple selections in the sharepoint list

When i display the category in a chart its showing the count as the category sub type count

if i export into excel from sharepoint, i can see only one value in category field when the category sub type is more than one.

Hope this makes sense.

What would be the best approach to solve this?
