Incorporate Paginated Report into web page

Hi All,

Few years ago I generated a embeded code for a paginated report in order to incorporate it at a HTML page (https://www.trt18.jus.br/portal/institucional/corregedoria-2/produtividade/sentenca-em-atraso-impres...). Now I need to repeat the same procedure to a new paginated report, but I couldn't find any option to do it and worse the old embeded paginated report is not working anymore.

It's simple to do it at a Power BI reports, but for paginated reports seems impossible.

By googling it I could find some tutorials like this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/embedded/embed-sample-for-your-organization?tab... but all of them applies only to incorporate on applications, not to a simple HTML page.

Any one could help me out? I just need to generate a embed HTML code from a paginated report in order to incorporate it at a html page, like this: https://www.trt18.jus.br/portal/institucional/corregedoria-2/produtividade/sentenca-em-atraso-impres....

Hi @trt18-sistemas ,

Please select the parameters and click on the button ‘View report’ to check again if the embed button works.

Hi @trt18-sistemas ,

The secure embedding scenario supports paginated reports and paginated reports with URL parameters.

You can pass report parameters to a report by including them in the report URL of a paginated report. These URL parameters have no prefix because they are passed directly to the report processing engine.

All query parameters can have corresponding report parameters. Query parameters are passed to the report by passing the corresponding report parameters.

More detailed information can be found in the documentation:

Embed a report in a secure portal or website - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

Pass a report parameter within a URL for a Power BI paginated report - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

If your Current Period does not refer to this, please clarify in a follow-up reply.

On your report, do you see the embed button like below? It will generate a link and some HTML for you.

Hi @bradsy

Embed option is desable on my report. I'm using PPU. Would that be the reason? It was available some time ago.

Hi @trt18-sistemas ,

If you have a Power BI or Fabric capacity, you can do this:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/embedded/embed-paginated-reports?tabs=customers

The publish to web functionality does not support paginated reports:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-publish-to-web#considerations-a...

Hi @djurecicK2 ,

Thanks for your reply. The link you posted above seems to refer to a example that includes a paginated report into a app. What I'm searching for is a feature in wich Power BI Service creates a iframe code that can be used into HTML page, just as it exists in Power BI Report (example picture below).
