Inconsistent behavior of matrix visualization / (un-)collapsing of rows

Hi all

I am encountering an instable behavior of the matrix visualization when it comes to (un-)collapsing of rows.

When I cklick on the "plus", the table unfolds perefctly fine down to the lowest level (blurred out in the screenshot):


However, after deploying it to the service and when a user tries to open it the "plus" is shown, BUT it does not open when he clicks on it.

Did anyone here have the same issue and if so, what was the solution?

It is somehow weird, that it works for me perfectly fine, but not for other users...

Did you implement RLS or OLS?  Does the user have access to the next level of data?
