Inconsistent Date Conversions

I've been going in circles trying to get my date/time values correct in my online Service reports, trying to get consistent results in the context of the automatic conversion of times to UTC standard...

Unfortunately, Power Query isn't an option for Direct Query mode, which I require to make use of automatic updating features.

Could you look at changing your chart to be categorical to see if that works?

    Unfortunately, the value of the data visualization would not translate to a categorical graph.
