Hi,
i have an report which is displaying a dataset. Nothing special. The dataset will be filled with data from an odata service. The report works fine in the powerbi desktop environment. When I publish the report in the cloud service, the data will not be updated after I started an update process over the gateway. Never less in the logs of the odata service I can successfully trace the odata request from the the powerbi desktop and the request from the powerbi Service over the gateway. The Data in the cloud report are still not up to date.
Do you have any ideas why I do not see the updated data in the cloud report?
Regards Henning
Hi @h3n
Did you click on Reset to Default on the report to make sure any existing filters are removed?
Yes i did. All the time i can see the dataset but it is not up to date. When i create a new report on the dataset is can see all the datasets of the odata Service but with old values.
Is there a way to trace the refresh in the gateay of powerbi?
