Impossible to update data from PostgreSQL database in Power BI Service

Hi all,

we have done a dashboard getting the data from a postgreSQL server running on AWS RDS. We are able to get the data in the Power BI Desktop but when we upload it to Power BI Service, it fails when trying to update the data. 

If i go to the data source options and enter the data source credentials (which are correct bescause in Power BI Service it runs correctly) it appears the following error: "An error happened while reading data from the provider: 'A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond' ". 

Any help will be very appreciated,
