Impossible to refresh data after publishing the report

Hello all,

I need your help to resolve a subject, I developed a report with import query mode, this report is based on postgres data source credentials. But when I publish this report in the power bi service, it's impossible to refresh it in the service, I have to do it in my local machine.

When I try to refresh the report in the service I have the following message. The same credentials works in the local machine.

    HI missmanou26 ,

     

    I think that you will probably have to create a gateway with the appropriate permissions to the data.  It might also be though that you have firewall/network issues.  As the error states that it had a "reading problem" that could be your connection across the networks - including that the postgres may be requiring some ports or some information to be open to connect.  But, I would start with the gateway.
