Hi;

Im trying to create a new data conection. I have aleady some connections. In this case, My connection is form my work spece to a Gateway where I have data converted from a Mongo DB. Im using this as Im embedbing Power BI dashboards into my Web Applications front end. 

I do not know why im note being able to reach that connections as all the time Im getting the same message. 

I tryied all, changing names, but no way

Would be great to get some help

Hi @jarzoz ,

1. Please install the latest drivers for the devices in the cluster.
MongoDB BI Connector ODBC Driver — MongoDB Connector for BI

2. Update all gateways in the cluster to the latest version.

3. Check whether the data source can be connected normally.

Can you confirm that you have installed the MongoDB driver on all your gateway cluster members and that the gateway cluster members can connect to your db successfully?
