Import from other Dataset based on a DAX Query

I have a dataset with complex measures.

I need to get these measures to another Destop model.

When I try to connect via Direct Query - it is very slow.

So I tried to create an intermediate table in Dataflow that would have just two columns: Date and Metric Value - these are the only columns that I need. 
But I don't see a possibility to connect to a Dataset via Dataflow.

How do I import a table from my Dataset?
I've heard about REST API, but is it possible to do this in Dataflow only? (without Power Automate?)
Other options?
