Import from OneDrive and SharePoint greyed out
AndyBurnsNHS it turned out to be an internal IT policy that was changed! Option is now not greyed out but can't access the sharepoint site....Assume another policy needs to be looked at. It's been a rather frustrating and long process!
some of our users are reporting the same now, adding the URL opens up the options in the menu but then they can't connect to any OneDrive or SharePoint sites. It's not affecting all users though which is making any diagnosis difficult
It's so frustrating, we also have an issue trying to add people to connections. It's stuck on loading...Do you have a mix of Power BI licenses? I'm wondering if it's an issue with Power BI Premium Per User maybe as that's what my team have but everyone else is Pro.
we're on F64 and just Pro licenses for the developers. It isn't even consistent there, I'm the Fabric admin and have Pro licence and it doesn't work for me but works for other devs with Pro.
