Import from OneDrive and SharePoint greyed out
- 1 year ago
AndyBurnsNHS it turned out to be an internal IT policy that was changed! Option is now not greyed out but can't access the sharepoint site....Assume another policy needs to be looked at. It's been a rather frustrating and long process!
I just tried again, think i had it pasted in the wrong place and it's worked for me as well. I have raised the issue with Microsoft.
Hi Amizy ,
Thanks for coming back.
The tenant settings were already enabled, but the "Import from OneDrive/SharePoint" option was still greyed out. What finally worked was adding this to the URL:
useRootUrlFilePicker=0
After placing it correctly, the import started working.

Adding 'useRootUrlFilePicker=0' has made sharepoint and ondrive an option but it then error when trying to find the file so it's still not working.

some of our users are reporting the same now, adding the URL opens up the options in the menu but then they can't connect to any OneDrive or SharePoint sites. It's not affecting all users though which is making any diagnosis difficult
