Import from OneDrive and SharePoint greyed out
- 1 year ago
AndyBurnsNHS it turned out to be an internal IT policy that was changed! Option is now not greyed out but can't access the sharepoint site....Assume another policy needs to be looked at. It's been a rather frustrating and long process!
BhavinVyas3003 thanks Bhavin, I am an admin but i can't see anything in the portal for switching on integrations (everything was working as of last week, i've not made any changes) Do you know which setting it is? Thanks

You can enable the feature in the Power BI Admin portal. Set new Users can view Power BI items saved in OneDrive and SharePoint (Preview) setting to Enabled. The setting is under Tenant settings > Integration settings.

AndyBurnsNHS it looks like there was a similar issue in 2023, I've tried the two workarounds but didn't change anything for me:

adding the useRootUrlFilePicker=0 option to the url has worked for us
