Import Table from Power BI Semantic Model
- 2 years ago
Hi. By default, PowerBi Dataset connectors, you can't import a Table. However, there is a workaround for this but only works for paid capacity (ppu, fabric, embed or premium). If you have the Semantic model in a diamond workspace, you can do this.
Instead of using Get Data and pick the Power Bi Semantic model connector, go to the Analysis Services connector and complete the address with the one that shows the Workspace at the Premium setting:
That will let you connect and impor ta table from the model.
I hope that helps,

Does this only work for the default semantic model or also for additional semantic models?
