Import Excel With Multiple Tables - Only One Table Imported

Open the spreadsheet in Excel, go to Data -> Queries & Connections -> delete the connection listed there. Save.
Delete the dataset from Power BI service and try importing again. It should work now.
File is here, I think based on Microsoft's AdventureWorks database.

Yes, this works fine in Power BI Desktop, but Power BI Service (at least the trial I'm using) does not find the other tables.

I published it to Power BI service and it still worked fine for me. I'm using PBI Desktop version 2.71 (July 2019); not sure if that makes a difference.
